Morning Meditation: Warm Heart Edition

You’re surrounded by love. Love flows to you effortlessly.
Here’s a quick heart meditation to start your day.

Bring your body into a comfortable position. Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your heart. As you breathe in, imagine inhaling sparkling radiant love into your heart. As you exhale, visualize fear and negativity leaving your body in a clouded breath. Feel your heart filling with love and warmth with each breath.

Breathe in, “Love surrounds me and fills my heart with joy”
Exhale, and release any negativity and fear leaving your heart.
Breathe in, “Love flows to me effortlessly and abundantly.”
Exhale, and release any blockages you feel within your body.
Breathe in, “My heart is open to love, and I welcome it with open arms.”
Exhale, and release any feelings of isolation and let down your walls.

When you’re ready, open your eyes and feel the warmth of love radiate all through your body. Carry this love with you throughout your day and share its warmth with others.
