Hi, I’m Jenn Carroll.
Life has a way of throwing curveballs, or in my case
hay rolls, when we least expect it.
In the Fall of 2016, I was in a car accident. An unsecured load of hay rolls came tumbling off of a semi-truck as we were driving in the opposite direction. One landed directly on our vehicle and it changed the trajectory of my life forever. In one instant, my world was thrown instantly into chaos. My body was broken, my soul was crushed, and yet I knew in my heart it was all for a purpose.
I have spent years researching, studying, and practicing various modalities of nourishment, mindfulness, and self love. Since I was a teenager, I have dedicated my time by delving into the realms of tarot and astrology as well. My wish is to help give insight into the inner workings of what it means to be human and how to nourish ourselves as a whole.
Through my experiences, I have created an easy program that will help you connect to your inner wisdom through self love and nourishment of your mind, body, & soul.
In life, we have the option to choose defeat or we can embrace our hardships, transforming them into our greatest strengths.

Healthy, wholesome meals mixed with mindfulness and meditations are planned out in a 4 week program to help you find joy and self love.

As you nourish your body with wholesome, nutrient-rich meals, you'll witness a vibrant transformation within. These delicious meals will help fuel your energy as well as empower you to take control of what you’re putting into your body. The best part about it? It’s all planned for you.
