Do you ever notice how nothing ever goes "your way" when you're having a bad day? Or perhaps how everything flows together on a good day? The Law of Attraction states what you give to the Universe, the Universe gives back to you. Everything you do, think, or say has energy; whether it's negative or positive is completely up to you.

3 tips to help "Manifest the Best":

  1. Be grateful. Be grateful for what you have, your life experiences, and the people in your life. 

  2. Look for the positive in every situation.

  3. Recognize and reframe your inner critic. Replace negative self-talk with a positive affirmation.

    For example, if you catch yourself saying "I'm so stupid," you can replace it with "I'm learning and growing every day." Or, if you find yourself saying "I'm never going to be good enough," you can replace it with "I'm capable of great things."It takes practice, but reframing your negative thoughts in a positive light can help you feel more confident and optimistic.

This takes a little bit of practice, but be sure to be consistent. Your world will never be the same. 💛
